The Instructor
Salon Marketing and Management Consultant Lisa Marie Arnold has been working in the health and beauty industry for over a decade. A Penn State graduate and professional author, educator and business "coach," Lisa has implemented programs and systems that produce profits and much-needed business organization for her clients. Due to her advice, service sales have increased as much as 40% and retail sales to 50% of service sales.
